Sturdy pesticide cabinet has double-walled 18-gauge steel construction, with 112" (38mm) air space between the walls. The steel shelves are equipped with corrosion-resistant polyethylene trays, and they adjust at 214" (57mm) increments to accommodate a wide variety of containers. The doors have continuous piano hinges for smooth operation and open fully for convenient access to materials. A special self-latching feature makes closure easy, and the three-point latch and keyed lock prevent unauthorized access to contents. The liquid tight containment sump in the bottom of the cabinet contains incidental spills. Leveling feet allow the cabinet to be balanced and level, especially useful on uneven surfaces. The cabinet is easily grounded using the built-in grounding connector. The distinctive green powder paint finish is durable and highly chemical resistant, and a high-visibility warning label alerts workers to the cabinet's contents. FM approved; meets OSHA and NFPA 30 standards. Self-close models also meet the Uniform Fire Code (UFC) and are equipped with fusible links which melt at 165°F (74°C) to automatically close doors tightly in case of fire.
